Known as an engaging and motivating trainer and speaker, Priyanka has based her entire career developing exceptionally high standards and imparting them to her teams.  Through her strong business ethic of service and quality she brings wisdom, passion and clarity to her corporate and individual clients, supporting and coaching them in every facet of their personal and professional growth.

Priyanka has more than a decade of experience with world renowned airlines, such as KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Senior Cabin Crew on international flights, with specific responsibility for safety, security and customer service.

Naturally, her skills and experience were in high demand and as Crew Manager for India at Virgin Atlantic Airways, her insight, experience and expertise into airline culture and top quality training created an award winning team. Under her leadership, Team India was regarded as one of the leading examples of customer service industry wide. She set up the Delhi and Mumbai base, designed and implemented standards and policies related to Customer Service, Grooming, Uniform and Dress regulations, Business Etiquette, Brand Values and Multicultural training.  She developed and delivered the airline’s high level curriculum on standards in safety, grooming, appearance, and customer-service in addition to brand application throughout the organization.

More recently, in her role as Corporate HR Manager for Wacker Chemie, a leading German Multinational, her team created not only a culture of trust and confidence but also helped the company earn a niche image in a newly developing market. She actively participated in the strategic build up, developed and executed HR and Administration policies, Recruitment and Promotions standards and training curricula for Business Etiquette, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Employee Welfare throughout the organization. Again, as the Corporate Ethics Officer of Wacker Chemie India organization she was instrumental in strategizing with leadership teams to build a strong organizational culture.  Her innovative approach brought customer service quality and richness to the chemical industry both in mind set and execution of company brand values in day to day work routines.

Priyanka Holds a  Master’s degree in English Literature and Certificate in Creative writing from Exeter College, Oxford University .Bachelor’s degree in Education from Delhi University and a Certificate in 16 Personality Factor Behaviour Coaching from Maffoi. She is certified in Advanced Image Consulting and Professional Development from the London Image Institute and in Executive, Business, Life and Wellness Coach from Grow More Avenues.
