Well, up until now, a universal standard of professional soft skills did not exist in the image industry. Yet, soft skills have statistically proven to be critical for career success. And, as image consultants, we are in a position to help!
Two tools have been developed for the image consultant; first Lynne and her team have established universal standards and guidelines in appearance, etiquette and communication skills. Second, they have developed online testing and set-up testing centers worldwide, so that soft skills can be assessed and measured.
